The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a)(b)(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

5 liters of country-made liquor, kept in a plastic drum, has been recovered and this petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the spot after seeing the police team. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
