BAJANTHRI) 11-07-2024 In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- That this is an application for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their deliberate non compliance of order dated 02.07.2014 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Criminal Appeal No.

1277/2014 (Arnesh Kumar Vs. the State of Bihar and Anr.) by which general directions was issued, which was not followed in the case of petitioner bearing Vigilance Case No. 25/2022 lodged for offences alleged under Section-7(a)(c)/12 of Prevention of Corruption Act by the opposite parties and the same judgment of the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. The State of Bihar and Anr. Has been reiterated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in judgment dated 31.07.2023 passed in Cri. Appeal No. 2207/2023 in the case of Md. Asfak Alam Vs. The State of Jharkhand, with a prayer to punish the opposite parties for their deliberate disobedience and non-compliance of aforesaid Judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of petitioner by awarding suitable punishment to them and to undo injustice caused to the petitioner.

2. Prima facie, the present petition is not maintainable in view of the fact that petitioner is alleged to have been
