Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. In compliance of the order dated 04.10.2021, learned ADJ, VIth-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Samastipur has submitted a report vide Letter No.203/2021 dated 08.10.2021 that it will take nearly one month to conclude the trial. In view of the above statement made in the report, I am not inclined to release the petitioner at this stage. It is however, observed that if nothing substantial take place in progress of the trial within a period of four months petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail.
