Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioners were found committing theft of iron scrap of the bridge after cutting it. Petitioners are in custody since 20.03.2018. Petitioners have stated that they have got no criminal antecedent and they were doing work on the instruction of the contractor without knowing

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on completion of four months of judicial custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kinjar Police Station Case No. 31 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
