2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, instead of Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 290 of 2019, it was wrongly typed as Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 280 of 2018 on page 1 and 2 of the said order. Accordingly, he requests for making correction in the said order to this extent.

3. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, this

Patna High Court MJC No.736 of 2020(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 petition is allowed. Let Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 290 of 2019 be read in place of Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 280 of 2018 in order dated 16.12.2019 (at page 1 and 2) passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19618 of 2019.
