Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. at Annexure-2 would reveal that she had voluntarily gone with the co-accused Ritesh Kumar and has already married with Ritesh Kumar. The victim girl has not taken the name of the petitioners.

Considering the statement of victim, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with
