2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, one thief was caught by the villagers and was assaulted by them brutally and he died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2023. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the general and omnibus allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17849 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Barh, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 784 of 2023.

8. This application stands allowed.
