Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 353, 379, 504, 506, 323, 333, 224 and 225/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that similar situated co-accused, namely, Pawan Sah @ Pawan Kumar has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38677 of 2017 (Annexure 2). Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sheohar Police Station Case No. 06 of 2017,
