The present modification petition has been filed seeking correction of certain inadvertent errors which have crept in the order dated 03.03.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. no. 49291 of 2021, on account of error being committed in the petition filed by the petitioner for grant of bail.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of inadvertence, the provision of law under which the F.I.R. has been registered, has been mentioned as Sections 419 and 440 of the Indian Penal Code, however the same should have been Sections 419/420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is further submitted that similarly, in the petition filed by the petitioner for grant of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37718 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 bail, the concerned court has been mentioned as learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas, however the same should be the learned court of Additional Sessions Judge 2nd-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram. This Court finds that the aforesaid correction has already been carried out by an order dated 30.03.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. no. 49291 of 2021, which is reiterated. In such view of the matter, the present petition stands disposed off.
