JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the complainant is apprehending arrest in a complaint case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. On joint prayer of the parties, the matter was adjourned on 13.04.2016 since both sides were making effort to reconcile the issue.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue has been reconciled between the parties and both sides decided to part ways on payment of permanent alimony. Sri Suresh Prasad Sharma (AOR No.00693), learned counsel for the complainant does not controvert the submission

Considering the present stand of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Bagaha, in connection with Complaint Case No.833/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
