Case No. 32 of 2017 for the offence under section 305 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 35 of the Arms Act.
From perusal of the seizure list, it appears that no arms was seized from the possession of the petitioner. In paragraph-3 of the petition there is statement on affidavit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
