The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 310 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2023 and there is a recovery of 314.640 liters of India made foreign liquor. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
