Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR would reveal that informant suspects that petitioner and others FIR named accused committed murder of her husband. The case diary would reveal that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15016 of 2019(3) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Pachrukhi Police Station Case No. 331 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
