The petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Jehanabad (O.P. Kalpa) P.S. Case No. 785 of 2019 dated 03.10.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that both the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that the same are general and omnibus in nature. Learned A.P.P. for the State is present and has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case in it's totality, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of ten weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad (Kalpa) P.S.
