The sole petitioner, apprehending her arrest in connection with Nagar P.S. She submits that though it was alleged that on the basis of forged document petitioner got employment, fact remains that certificates are genuine. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the court to peruse Annexure - 2 and 3. I have perused the material available on record including the F.I.R. as well as the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19584 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 impugned order.
I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
The petition stands dismissed.
If the petitioner appears before the court below and makes a prayer for grant of regular bail within a period of six weeks from today this court expects that the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order may examine the same on its own merit and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably on the same day.
