The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 278 of 2020 registered under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are brother-in-law and petitioner nos. 3 and 5 are sister-in-law of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25890 of 2021(2) dt.21-02-2022 2/2 deceased. There is no specific allegation against them. Further he submits that husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 278 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
