Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 06.07.2021. It is submitted that subsequently co-accused Mahboob Alam having identical and similar allegation has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 15.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53589 of 2021. It is next submitted that charge has already been framed and petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2019 having clean antecedent. Considering the period of custody and the fact that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
