The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deoria P.S. Case No. 145/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 356/379/354/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only because there was a land dispute between the father of one Manish Kumar and the informant of the said case. It is further submitted that the said Manish Kumar has since been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 561 of 2019 vide order dated 31.01.2019.

In view of the fact that the specific allegation is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14792 of 2019(3) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 against Manish Kumar and that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Deoria P.S. Case No. 145/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
