The Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 30 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 447, 506 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant along with other co-accused persons. Considering the nature of allegation and injury sustained by the informant, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
