JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 193 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be mother in law and father in law of the deceased and allegation against them is of causing dowry death of the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are mother in law and father in law of the deceased and have falsely been made accused in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed to them.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.
