Petitioners are accused in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 760 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 326, 504, 34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. In the alleged occurrence, both the parties have injured. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13398 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 custody since 20.12.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-14, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 760 of 2019.
