This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Piro P.S. Case No. 258 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120(B), 295A, 153A, 188, 353, 307, 323, 341, 504, 506, 379, 436 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61992 of 2018, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14698 of 2019(2) dt.11-03-2019 2/2 satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Bhojpur at Ara, in Piro P.S. Case No. 258 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
