This application has been filed for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for violation of the order dated 11.09.2018 passed in CWJC No.5166 of 2018. It has been jointly submitted that the order dated 11.09.2018 passed in CWJC No.5166 of 2018 has been complied.

In the opinion of this Court, no contempt is made against the opposite parties. The contempt proceeding is dropped. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. Any interim order passed in this case is hereby recalled.
