Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to have assaulted the injured Dinesh Yadav with the butt portion of the gun on his head, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Sour Bazar P.S.Case No. 286 of 2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21041 of 2015 (2) dt.02-07-015 2/2 the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail of the petitioner.
