Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 323, 506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the victim, recorded under section 164 Cr. P. C., in which she has specifically stated that the petitioner outraged her modesty, his prayer for bail is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
