JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 Petitioner is aggrieved by the advertisement which has been brought as Annexure 2 series with regard to appointment of Distributor under Rajiv Gandhi Gramin LPG Distribution Scheme, in particular, at serial no. 178 in which Dudi village has been shown to be falling in the Nandnama Pachayat of Ramgarh Chowk Block in the district of Lakhisarai in place of Billo Panchayat. Learned counsel for the petitioner has appended the certificate issued by the Anchal Adhikari, Ramgarh Chowk Block as well the Mukhiya of the Billo Gram Panchayat stating that the village Dudi(Durdih) falls within the jurisdiction of the Billo Gram Panchayat.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6616 of 2015 (3) dt.29-04-2015 An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State also indicating the similar facts.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Indian Oil Corporation also fairly submits on instruction that the respondent has also been made to understand that there is such defect in the advertisement, therefore, it is going to issue corrigendum and has taken a decision to extend the date of submitting papers with respect to the concerned area.

That being the situation, I do not find any reason to continue with this writ application in view of such statement made on behalf of the parties.
