JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2024 Petitioner has filed this writ application for a direction to the Bihar State University Service Commission to call the petitioner for interview to be held for selection of Assistant Professor in Psychology.

2. Mr. Harsh Singh, learned counsel appearing for Bihar State University Service Commission submits that the Commission in its 97th meeting dated 19.04.2023 has resolved that all those candidates who have obtained the cutoff marks shall be called for the interview irrespective of the fact that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4518 of 2023(2) dt.01-02-2024 2/2 number of candidates exceeds three times of the posts advertised in the respective category.

3. In view of the categorical statement made by the learned counsel for the Bihar State University Service Commission, the writ petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to participate in the interview as and when she is called for the same.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
