2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 and 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 03.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69798 of 2024.

4. Three stolen motorcycles were recovered. The petitioner was caught on the spot. The petitioner is in jail since 16.06.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2024, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close blood relative of the petitioner.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Mehsi Police Station on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
