2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63703 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner had been granted provisional bail by the aforesaid order dated 23.10.2019, but he could not surrender and furnish bail bond before the learned Court below within the stipulated time of 4 weeks thereof, as the petitioner was under treatment for spinal injury from 15.10.2019 to 08.01.2020 and the treating doctor had advised full bed rest. The anticipatory bail provisionally granted as above, stood confirmed subsequently by order dated 04.12.2019. A prayer has been made for modification of the order dated 23.10.2019 by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14413 of 2020(3) dt.03-09-2020 2/2 extending the time for surrender and furnishing bail bonds.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

5. Having regard to the submission of the petitioner, the order dated 23.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63703 of 2019 shall be treated as modified and time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bond by the petitioner before the learned Court below is hereby extended by four weeks to be reckoned from today.
