The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.02 of 2019 for offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Witchcraft Act.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that as per the allegation made in the complaint, no injury has been found on the person of the complainant and there is delay of three days in filing the complaint. It has further been submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26045 of 2021(2) dt.07-03-2022 2/2 that is the reason for false implication of the petitioners. Considering the above submissions, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul in connection with Complaint Case No.02 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
