JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Deowriya P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018 (Sessions Trial No. 711 of 2018) for the offence under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Mukesh Kumar. She further submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2018. Considering the fact that the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused and he petitioner has remained in custody for more than seven months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
