After perusal of the case diary, it is evident that there happens to be dispute amongst two groups, one represented by Md. Nasim and another by Md. Sachin. Informant, O/c of Ishakchak P. S. had recorded his own statement on an information given by Md. Nasim, who out of fear did not allow himself to become informant of the case and in the aforesaid background, the whole investigation is found influenced. Chargesheet against some of the accused persons have already been submitted while against remaining, investigation is going on covering 215 Paragraphs, but the I.O. failed to collect substantial evidence. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38952 of 2017 (03) dt.19-09-2017 Jasso is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P. S. Case No.55 of 2017.
