Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rafiganj PS Case No.81 of 2017, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.509 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The specific thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, who is father-in-law, however, the petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2017 and charge was framed on 17.11.2017 thereafter none of the witnesses turned up before the trial court. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Yadu Rikhiyasan @ Yadu Rikiyasan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
