As the petitioner has statutory remedy of appeal, we are not inclined to entertain this writ application. The petitioner shall be at liberty to prefer appeal against the impugned order. The petitioner shall also be at liberty to seek condonation of

Patna High Court CWJC No.7805 of 2021(2) dt.16-11-2021 2/2 delay in preferring such appeal on the ground that he was pursuing his remedy before this Court by filing present writ application. If the appeal is filed within one month from today, the appellate authority shall liberally consider the petitioner's prayer for condonation of delay and decide the petitioner's appeal on merits expeditiously, preferably within three months thereafter.

The application stands disposed of.
