The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under sections 413 and 414 of the IPC. One Raman Yadav was apprehended who disclosed the name of Md. Amin from whose possession, a stolen motorcycle was recovered and the petitioner has been dragged in the instant case on disclosure made by said Md. Amin.

The petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from him and he is in custody since 18.6.2016 on the basis of such false allegation. He has disclosed three cases pending against him since before. In two of the said cases he submits that he is on bail and regarding third case, petitioner did not disclose whether he is on bail or not. Petitioner has not been put on TI

Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in PS.Case No. -40 Year- 2015 Thana -PHULPARAS DistrictMADHUBANI.
