The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khirhar P.S. Case No. 47/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the reading of the F.I.R., it is clear that the deceased died in Hisar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has taken this Court to Annexure-2 which is the U.D. case registered by the informant at Hisar in which he has said that because of short circuit, the deceased died and he does not suspect any foul play on anyone.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of ten weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-III, Benipatti, Madhubani, in connection with Khirhar P.S. Case No. 47/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

The Superintendent of Police, Madhubani, is directed to supervise personally and consider the entire facts including the registration of U.D. case at Hisar and, thereafter, take a decision with regard to filing of the chargesheet/final form.
