The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 448, 341, 323, 354(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is to unbutton the pant of the victim girl aged about 8 years and to insert his hand in objectionable part of the body of the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

The petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2021. There is also a land dispute between the parties. The petitioner is the son of the Bhaisur of the informant. It is a case of molestation. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge POCSO-cum-ADJ-VI, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.546 of 2021. The application stands allowed.
