2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 303, 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 111(5), 112(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 21 of MM (D&R) Act, 1957 and Rule 56 of BM (CPIMTS) Rules, 2024.
3. The petitioner is alleged to be indulged in illegal mining and storage of sand. The petitioner has also got four criminal antecedents and most of them are of similar nature.
4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
