Petitioner, already in custody since 22.2.2018, seeks bail in Bhabua PS Case No. 138 of 2018 registered under Section 366A of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that minor daughter of the informant was enticed away by the petitioner and after information the girl of the informant was also recovered. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl is 17 years of age, in her statement there is no allegation that this petitioner enticed her away or physically or sexually exploited her. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Vakil @ Sanni Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua PS Case No. 138 of 2018.
