The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16546 of 2022(3) dt.12-09-2022 2/3 a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with regard to petitioner Nos. 1, 3, 4, 8 and 9 namely, Yogendra Das, Gurudeo Das, Bindeshwari Das, Vijay Das and Ramchandra Das since they have been arrested. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition with regard to petitioner Nos. 1, 3, 4, 8 and 9 are permitted to be dismissed as withdrawn.

It is a case of assaulting due to which the informant sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and in the background of some previous land dispute the petitioners have been roped in the present case. The injuries are simple in nature. A statement has

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, except petitioner Nos 1, 3, 4, 8 and 9, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 132 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
