JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-08-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 75 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one stolen Bolero vehicle.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and has been in judicial custody since 29.03.2017 and so far other criminal antecedents are concerned, he is on bail in all those cases.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage, I am not inclined to release

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37550 of 2017 (3) dt.25-08-2017 the petitioner on bail, his application for regular bail is, accordingly, rejected.

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail in the court below itself after framing of charge in this case. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunil/- U T
