JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video Conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID-19 Pandemic.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.K. Mandal, the learned counsel appearing for the State. At the outset, realizing that the present writ petition is not maintainable, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the husband of the petitioner to file appropriate writ petition before the competent Court having appropriate jurisdiction.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
