1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ, rule or direction in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, commanding upon the respondents to remove encroachment from a land bearing its Khesra No.341, Thana No.247 and Khata No.214 which is a public land over which Gairmajarua Aam village road exists and which is situated in the village Hariharpur under the Block Nagra, Police Station Khaira in the district of Saran at Chapra which leads from the house of Late Sri Krishna Prasad at village Hariharpur to Mahavir Mandir situated in the village Kanar by getting instituted the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5085 of 2023(2) dt.10-10-2023 2/2 Encroachment Case on application of petitioner and co-villagers.

And Also for removing encroachment from a land situated in the village Hariharpur under Block Nagra and Police Station Khaira in the District of Saran which is a village road and leads from the house of Sri Ramnath Prasad to Devi Asthan Temple at Hariharpur over which encroachment has been made by some of the co-villagers."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Nagra, District-Saran, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
