It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that though an application was filed on 29.06.2012 before the District Magistrate, Patna (respondent no.3) for grant of arms licence, but no decision has been taken as yet.
Accordingly, I dispose of the writ application directing the District Magistrate, Patna to take a decision within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order upon the application of the petitioner in accordance with law.
