By filing this writ application, petitioner raised a limited grievance with respect to non-revision of his pension as per recommendation made by the 6th Pay Revision Commission. In my view, the petitioner should raise his grievance

Patna High Court CWJC No.10547 of 2014 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 with respect to non-revision of his pension as per the 6th Pay Revision before Respondent No. 4, who would consider his claim in accordance with law and issue necessary directions in this respect.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ application is disposed of.
