The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/8 of the POCSO Act.

The statement of the victim, recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., at Annexure-2, would reveal that she had love-affairs with the petitioner and she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner.

Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27521 of 2018 (2) dt.07-05-2018 P2/ where the case is pending in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.101 of 2018, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
