2. This application has been filed for restoration of Second Appeal No. 26 of 2020 to its original file and number which was dismissed for default on 10.11.2025 for noncompliance of peremptory order dated 03.11.2025 passed by this Court, whereby one week peremptory time was granted to remove the defect as pointed out vide office note dated 08.10.2025.
3. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and Second Appeal No. 26 of 2020 is restored to its original file and number subject to complying the order dated 03.11.2025 passed in Second Appeal No. 26 of 2020 within four weeks.
4. The instant restoration application stands allowed
