JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-03-2024 This is an application for direction to the respondent no. 03 to initiate a proper proceeding for removal of Encroachment Made by the private respondents over the land in question.

2. The respondent no. 03 i.e. the Circle Officer, Shahpur, Bhojpur is directed to dispose of the representation dated 28.12.2023 pending before him in accordance with law.

3. If the Circle Officer finds encroachment then he

4. The exercise must be done within six months of communication/receipt of a copy of this order.
