JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 33 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 379, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and 7 of Essential Commodities Act. Taking into consideration that earlier the petitioner withdrew his anticipatory bail petition with assurance to surrender before the court below but he did not surrender before the court below and again filed anticipatory bail petition before the learned Sessions Judge on some other grounds, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Manjhi P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21087 of 2015 (2) dt.03-07-2015 Case No. 33 of 2011 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra stands rejected.
