This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Araria P.S.Case No.172 of 2017 , registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and against the petitioner is of assault to the grand-mother of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner and he is in custody for about two months. There is land dispute between the parties.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there is allegation of assault and

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge in this case.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
